Operation of compliance management system

To ensure compliance with laws and regulations and transparent management, LOTTE Energy Materials obtained integrated certification for the international standards ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery Management System) and ISO 37301 (Compliance Management System) in 2025.By operating a compliance management system based on the Anti-Bribery and Compliance Management System, LOTTE Energy Materials systematically identifies bribery and regulatory/regulatory violation risks that may arise across its business operations and develops and manages effective response measures.

Anti-Bribery and Compliance Management Policy LOTTE Energy Materials Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), a company contributing to the national economic development in the field of elecfoil materials for printed circuit boards and 
secondary batteries, establishes and adheres to the following Anti-Bribery and Compliance Management Policy to conduct business based on transparent procedures and trust and fulfill its social role and responsibility.
  • 1. The Company's officers and employees shall comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, policies, regulations, and other applicable standards in performing
    the Company's business.
  • 2. The Company's officers and employees shall strictly comply with all anti-bribery laws, internal regulations, and relevant international standards, and shall sign and strictly
    adhere to the Compliance Pledge.
  • 3. The Company strictly prohibits all acts of corruption, including receiving or requesting money or valuables from stakeholders in the course of business, offering bribes, or making improper requests.
  • 4. The Company establishes and encourages a reporting system to address suspected or actual violations of compliance obligations, including bribery. The Company implements protective measures for good-faith whistleblowers, thereby encouraging employees to actively participate in anti-bribery and compliance management activities.
  • 5. The Company establishes an anti-bribery and compliance management system and continuously manages and improves its level of anti-bribery and compliance management through its implementation and monitoring.
  • 6. If an employee violates compliance obligations, including bribery, or fails to take reasonable measures to prevent such violations despite being aware of such potential violations, the Company may take appropriate measures, including disciplinary action, in accordance with company regulations.
  • 7. The Company appoints an anti-bribery and compliance officer, ensuring his or her independence and granting him or her the necessary authority and responsibility.
